Gift card and voucher distribution specialist Retailo further expands his range of products for trade customers. As of now, the Retailo group will bundle its B2B activities in the new Advano GmbH. Under the management of Roland Morizet, Advano develops individualised voucher solutions for companies – for example, vouchers as incentives for staff, customers or partners.
“We believe there is great potential in the business market and we will harness that potential with Advano GmbH”, emphasizes Retailo CEO Christian Lindner. Roland Morizet is the managing partner of Advano GmbH. Roland Morizet (47) holds a university degree in business administration and is a declared expert on prepaid services, meaning voucher solutions for use in corporations. Previously, Roland Morizet held the position of General Manager for the European market at a leading prepaid services provider.

“Belonging to the Retailo group, the largest German marketer of vouchers and gift cards enables Advano to adjust to its customers’ needs with a large variety of voucher solutions”, explains Roland Morizet. “Beginning with vouchers for more than 80 brands, customized universal vouchers, up to modern vouchers via SMS, MMS and e-mail, Advano can offer the suitable solution for any B2B requirements.”
Vouchers as staff incentives
“Offering vouchers as incentives to staff is a method used more and more often by corporations to further motivate their members of staff and strengthen their ties to the corporation”, says Advano’s director. A voucher solution offers concrete advantages to both the employer and the employee:
“Employees, for example, have the right to receive monthly vouchers worth up to 44 euros, which are exempt from taxes and social security.”
Vouchers for customer acquisition and retention
Advano voucher solutions are also used as marketing instruments to raise distribution and customer retention. “Vouchers can be used to reward especially loyal customers or successful referral marketing, or to create buying incentives as part of sales promotion activities”, Morizet explains the possible applications of Advano solutions. “In addition, the internet and smartphones offer new possible applications. In case of a customer complaint, a voucher code could for example be sent in real time to the displeased customer’s phone or e-mail account – and this is only one example forthe versatility of Advano’s voucher solutions.”
